Nico has been an inspiration to many professionals and future professionals in the industry. She has worked creatively with other artists to create magic on camera, in the classroom, and behind the chair.

Nico is a 2011 North American Hairstyling Awards nominee and has collaborated extensively incommercial and high fashion projects. Nico's diverse roster of celebrity clientele, styling, editorial, and film work is a testament to her creative vision, technical skill, and diversity.

Her portfolio includes work with Queer Eye's style guru Kyan Douglas, Nike, GQ, Maxim, Glamour, and Allure.

“Dreaming about shapes” is how she comes up with her most creative hair ideas.
